MY STORY

Shortly after graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in visual art studies, I took over a mid year position at a high school. Not being much older than my students put me in a unique trial by fire situation. With the help of my colleagues I made it through the semester and went on to teach grades Pre-K through 12 grades. Time has taught me valuable lessons about creating a warm and welcoming environment for my students, and Time to Teach has given me the tools to perfect my craft.
